Help Keep Yourself and Our Community Safe
At this time, we should all assume that the COVID-19 virus has taken up residence in our community and take appropriate safety precautions. Please reinforce this perspective with your children as they may “feel” safe from this invisible disease. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continue to recommend the following practices to help protect yourself from getting the COVID-19 virus: Clean your hands often and avoid close contact with others.
In addition, practice social distancing when walking about in our community with family, friends and pets, be sure to maintain the appropriate six foot separation from others at ALL times. Think of your favorite relative, your best friend and your neighbors, its up to all of us to help protect each other.
Collectively these practices can help slow or stop the spread of this disease. We are all looking forward to the time when the virus has been defeated and we can return to our normal daily routines. During the mean time, please be diligent and help keep yourself and our community safe.
