Announcing Virtual Gentle Yoga Class

Wheatland Recreation is excited to announce our Virtual Gentle Yoga Class. This class will be held weekly via Zoom. This program provides a style of yoga that is less strenuous than other forms of yoga. Very useful for beginners, seniors, pregnant women, those who are recovering from injury or those looking for a more relaxed workout. Gentle yoga can also be beneficial to those who already are fit but lack overall flexibility.

Days/Times: Mondays 6-7:15pm Session 1: June 1,8,15,22,29 Session 2: July 13,20,27 Aug 3,10

Registration Fee: $50 for 5 classes Location: Your home via Zoom (instructor will email an invite) Instructor: Lourdes Roa

Registration and payment can be mailed in to the Town of Wheatland PO Box 15 Scottsville, NY 14546 or you can email your registration form to recreation@townofwheatland.org and you will receive an invoice via email to pay online with your credit card.
