Conservation Tree & Shrub Program

The Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District has just released our annual Tree & Shrub conservation program allowing Monroe County residents to purchase tree and shrub seedlings for erosion control, windbreaks, climate resilience, landscaping, and more! This is a pre-order program that allows landowners the chance to receive tree and shrub seedlings in species that are native or naturalized to New York State. Orders are taken every winter with distribution of trees occurring in April. Each year, the District offers a variety of new species to our sale.
