NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wheatland, pursuant to Sections 130-9.A, and 130-10 of the Code of the Town of Wheatland will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main Street, Scottsville, NY to consider the following:
The application of Schultz Associates on behalf of Shannon & Domingo Loaeza of 836 State Street to seek an area variance to Section 130-54.D to allow and construct a single-family home to encroach required rear setback in an R-16 residential zoning district. Tax ID # 208.16-1-17.1.
All interested parties are asked to attend and be heard or to submit written comments concerning this application.
