OFFICIAL NOTICE - TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL - NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Pursuant to Section 506, NYS Real Property Tax Law, the Sole Acting Assessor, Town of Wheatland, County of Monroe, NY has completed the current year Tentative Assessment Roll and has filed a copy thereof with the Office of Town Clerk/Assessor. Said copy is available for public inspection at the Wheatland Town Hall, located at 22 Main Street, Scottsville, NY 14546 during regularly scheduled workday hours through and including Grievance Day this year. Said hours may be obtained by calling the Town Clerk, or Assessor at (585) 889-1553. The Assessor has available upon request current publications containing assessment challenge procedures.

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS - BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW
Pursuant to Section 525, NYS Real Property Tax Law, the Board of Assessment Review, Town of
Wheatland, County of Monroe, NY will be in attendance at the Wheatland Town Hall located at 22 Main
Street, Scottsville, NY to hear and examine all written complaints in relation to those assessments
appearing on the current year Tentative Assessment Roll. Such complaints will be heard by appointment
during the day, date, and hours listed below:
